		<description>Basically-yes. What it comes down to is you make proposals to folk&#039;s creditors and try to get as much written off as possible. If your client declares bankruptcy then the creditor could get all of nothing so they have an incentive to negotiate. As soon as you file the POA the creditors have to talk to you, not the debtor. It&#039;s a lucrative business-go for it!</description>
